U. S. PROFESIONALES DE EL SALVADOR, S.A. DE C.V. (“USPES”) has accepted ALFA COIN as payment for UNIFORM ADVERTISING WEEK SERVICES (“UAWS”) and has distributed payment received as per http://www.change2100.com/THIBMART/CHANGES TO USPES COMPENSATION.pdf
As per USA Federal Court decision related to BITCOIN, ALFA COIN is “money” in the UNITED STATES.

That Court decision was ratified by the IRS acknowledging that “virtual currency” could be used “to pay for goods and services” and “be held for investment”.

Later, the USA CFTC ruled that “Bitcoin and other virtual currencies are properly defined as commodities” making trading in such “subject to the agency’s regulations”.

To further benefit an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR that owns ALFA COIN, HOWSE SERVICES, INC (“HOWSE”) is willing to purchase ALFA COIN that CONTRACTORS may assign to FIDES GESTION FINANCIERA, S.A. DE C.V. (“FIDES”) and pay $10,000 per COIN, deposited and held for the benefit of the CONTRACTOR into the IOLTA of HOWSE’s Attorney held in FIDES.
The Attorney may use MEDIUM-TERM NOTES owned by HOWSE, as per http://www.change2100.com/THIBMART/DIRECTORY/directory.html to initiate business using http://www.change2100.com/THIBMART/GSP DOCUMENT 1 PWP.pdf or http://www.change2100.com/THIBMART/GSP DOCUMENT 2 PWP.pdf, both of which require a password (“gsp”).
A portion of proceeds from related business would be used by the Attorney to exchange for funds held for the benefit of the CONTRACTOR in FIDES.
As other facilities become available, the process of exchanging funds may be accelerated by ledger to ledger transfers from FIDES to other institutions.
However, a CONTRACTOR may also choose to negotiate with other parties, selling ALFA COINS through FIDES (as “Closing Bank”) to the other parties at a price that the CONTRACTOR and the parties may negotiate, with the parties buying from the CONTRACTOR being assigned the agreements through which the CONTRACTOR is to receive $10,000 UNITED STATES DOLLARS.
CONTRACTORS that do not own ALFA COINS may purchase them on the market or from other CONTRACTORS as they may negotiate, and thereafter use these as indicated herein.
With pre-approval of acceptance by HOWSE, a CONTRACTOR may similarly acquire and negotiate with any virtual currency (BLOCK CHAIN CRYPTO CURRENCY or other).
