Either way, you may also apply to CUMBRE for a self-liquidating loan (increments of $1 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS).
There are no fees for a self-liquidating loan and USPES provides collateral, services the loan, and provides you an income to provide jobs to others equal in value to the self-liquidating loan service payments.
However, if you have never purchased UNIFORM ADVERTISING WEEK SERVICES (“UAWS”), for USPES to support your loan you must order UAWS through a site that an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR can designate.
The value of UAWS you order must be $20,000 UNITED STATES DOLLARS per each $1 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS loan amount you request.
Along with your selected CONTRACTOR, you would determine how much you would pay upfront and how much from proceeds.
If you cannot afford to pay an amount that your CONTRACTOR may determine, using ONLY discretionary funds, you may pay what you can afford and all the remaining UAWS requirement may be satisfied with loan proceeds; however, you may be required to undertake assigned work tasks to provide at least the amount your CONTRACTOR may determine.

Funds from the self-liquidating loan, as well as funds paid by USPES for self-liquidating loan service payments and funds to provide jobs for others would be placed into an IOLTA of an Attorney that manages the funds.
Use of funds in the IOLTA would be as described in http://www.change2100.com/THIBMART/NON-DEPLETION NON-RISK TRANSACTIONS.pdf, which would allow for repetitive use of the funds to provide spendable income to you and to those to whom you provide jobs.
