USE OF FUNDS DEPOSITED WITH NVCFT OR FIDES OR FTAM

Funds (“FUNDS”) deposited with NVC FUND HOLDING TRUST (“NVCFT”), FIDES GESTION FINANCIERA S.A.PI. DE C.V (“FIDES”), or FT ASSET MANAGEMENT (“FTAM”) may be used in business negotiated with other entities that hold accounts in NVCFT, FIDES, or FTAM.

For example, FUNDS may be used to purchase items owned or available to HOWSE, and, subject to approval by HOWSE, resold to a BUYER, to obtain an agreed upon price, to be deposited in coordinates as a FUNDS holder may designate.
