CONTRACTORS, CENTERS, SUPPLIERS, and BUYERS

All USPES JVA PARTNERS may function as CENTERS In the TEXAS HOLDINGS, INC 2016 BUSINESS MODEL (“THI2016”).

All CENTERS may apply to become USPES JVA PARTNERS.

Anyone referred by a CENTER may register as an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR in THI2016.

A CONTRACTOR may purchase or arrange purchases of UNIFORM ADVERTISING WEEK SERVICES (“UAWS”), offered by U.S. PROFESIONALES DE EL SALVADOR, S.A. DE C.V. (“USPES”) since 1995, for the benefit of a CENTER.

The purchases of UAWS would be registered through a site established for the CONTRACTOR

The CONTRACTOR would receive 16% of all cash payments for $20,000 UNITED STATES DOLLARS or more, by the CONTRACTOR or by others, for purchases of UAWS.

The 16% would also apply for payments towards credit provided for the purchase of UAWS.

For cash payments less than $20,000 UNITED STATES DOLLARS, accompanied with credit purchasing, the 16% would be paid only once cash plus credit repayments received exceeds $50,000 UNITED STATES DOLLARS.

A CENTER associated with each transaction will also receive 16% income from UAWS payments, in the same conditions as the CONTRACTOR.

EXAMPLE

The purchases of UAWS would be registered through a site established for the CONTRACTOR.

The BUYER must arrange for an amount, as may be negotiated with a CENTER, to be deposited into a BUYER account in a TIER 1 BANK and contracted to be used in non-depletion transactions as may be negotiated, with the BUYER retaining 50% of proceeds and using the remaining 50% to purchase UNIFORM ADVERTISING WEEK SERVICES (“UAWS”) for the benefit of the CENTER.

The SUPPLIER may wish to provide $500,000 UNITED STATES DOLLARS worth of materials to be used by a BUYER, which may be A MAJOR GENERAL CONTRACTOR, in disaster relief; the MAJOR GENERAL CONTRACTOR would receive the materials at zero net cost, plus equal value income.

The SUPPLIER or a SURROGATE may use at least $20,000 UNITED STATES DOLLARS cash; plus credit provided by the CENTER; as may be approved by the CENTER; to undertake to purchase UAWS equal to four times the value of materials to be provided to the MAJOR GENERAL CONTRACTOR as BUYER , for the benefit of the CENTER.

Through REBATE processing by the CENTER, the SUPPLIER, or the SURROGATE, may receive 100% recovery of the cash paid for UAWS; plus, funds for repayment of the credit provided by the CENTER.

Plus, the SUPPLIER may receive $1 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS to provide $500,000 UNITED STATES DOLLARS to the MAJOR GENERAL CONTRACTOR (as BUYER) worth of materials and $500,000 UNITED STATES DOLLARS as lagniappe to the MAJOR GENERAL CONTRACTOR.

Plus, the SUPPLIER may receive $1 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS as profit, in addition to profit built into the price of materials

A USPES JV, which may be the MAJOR GENERAL CONTRACTOR, or may be the SUPPLIER, or may be another USPES JV; may function as CENTER.

The PARTNER of the USPES JV functioning as CENTER may receive income equal to 50% of the value of UAWS purchased by the SUPPLIER or SURROGATE.

Plus, as per the JVA, USPES may receive $1 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS to fund its operations, such as EMPLOYEE GOLD.

All funds payable as indicated may be deposited in accounts in an INSTITUTION selected by CAFELET LLC.

The SUPPLIER may repeat the process, using $1 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS instead of $20,000 UNITED STATES DOLLARS.

That may provide the SUPPLIER $1 Million increase over the initial $20,000 UNITED STATES DOLLARS, plus $50 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS to repeat the process.

That may provide an increase of $50 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS, plus $2.5 Billion UNITED STATES DOLLARS additional increase; in addition to payouts to CONTRACTORS, CENTERS, USPES JVA PARTNERS, SUPPLIER FOR MATERIALS FOR A MAJOR GENERAL CONTRACTOR, etc.

WHERE DOES ALL THE MONEY COME FROM?

It may be provided using funds already held on deposit by USPES, to be replaced from commerce referrals.

ANY USE OF THIS PROTOCOL, AS PER JVA MUST BE PRE-APPROVED IN WRITING BY CAFELET, LLC.
