NON-PERFORMING LOANS RESOLUTION
MAY 14, 2024
If a bank has non-performing loans, APEX CAPITAL RESERVE BANK (“ACRB”) may purchase those loans at full value.
Full payment for a loan may be provided immediately with a BANK DRAFT issued by ACRB.
To CLEAR the DRAFT used to pay for the loan, or a DRAFT that may be presented for any other reason, a bank may open an account with ACRB and full value of the DRAFT may immediately be deposited in the account.
The bank may have ACRB debit the account in ACRB and the bank may credit the bank’s treasury account with the full value of the DRAFT.
The bank must inform authorities of the transfer of the DRAFT value made as indicated.
Alternatively, the bank may request ACRB to CLEAR the DRAFT by providing payment through EBANQ API, and arrange for the bank’s technical team to work with ACRB’s technical team to facilitate the transfer of the DRAFT value.
Alternatively, the bank may contract to allow ACRB to use facilities the bank has in place for transfers, by the bank establishing a correspondent relationship between the bank and ACRB.
Alternatively, the bank may arrange for an intermediary bank to do any of the above.
Alternatively, as per FEDERAL RESERVE ACT SECTION 13, the bank may present the DRAFT to “ANY FEDERAL RESERVE BANK” to be CLEARED.
Alternatively, as the BENEFICIARY of the DRAFT, the bank, or any other beneficiary, may refer commercial business to be executed through ACRB, with income therefrom being used to CLEAR the DRAFT.
In this latter event, in addition to CLEARING the DRAFT, the entity referring the commerce will continually receive an income from the business as produced from its execution.
BY THE WAY, ACRB HAS ALREADY ARRANGED FOR INTERMEDIARY BANKS TO SEND FUNDS FOR TRANSFERS AND PAYMENTS FROM ACRB USING STANDARD BANKING METHODS SUCH AS SWIFT AND ACH!
