FIDES GESTION FINANCIERA, S.A.P.I. DE C.V. (“FIDES”) may provide payments for us by issuing INTERNATIONAL BILLS OF EXCHANGE (“IBOE”) such as 145. FORMAT OF IBOE TO MAKE PAYMENT VERSION V (change2100.com)
As per IBOE LAW (change2100.com), the acceptance of FIDES IBOE is not optional.
However, a FIDES IBOE may be exchanged for UNITED STATES DOLLARS deposited in APEX CAPITAL RESERVE BANK inc. (apexcapebank.com) (“ACRB”).
And, UNITED STATES DOLLARS in ACRB may be transferred without restrictions, using LEDGER TO LEDGER via API, to any institution that has that technical facility.
If the API used by a receiving institution cannot transfer LEDGER TO LEDGER, ACRB technicians may be relied upon to provide the necessary adjustments to the API of the institution.
If the receiving institution does not currently have API, ACRB technicians may install the API that will allow LEDGER TO LEDGER.
If you wish to sell some or all shares of your bank, ACRB may arrange for your bank to be properly outfitted with API for LEDGER TO LEDGER, and arrange for a BUYER to send full payment to an account within your bank, to be held until closure of the transfer; with the understanding that the BUYER may accept into that account funds transferred from ACRB, for other business, while waiting on closure.
ACRB has clients that may be ready, willing, and able, to buy any bank, regardless of price.
