EXCHANGE OF VALUE

HOWSE SERVICES, INC (“HOWSE”) IBOE (change2100.com) (“HOWSE IBOE”)

As per Federal Reserve Board - Section 13. Powers of Federal Reserve Banks (“FED ACT 13”) in IBOE LAW (change2100.com) (“IBOE LAW”), HOWSE IBOE “may” be accepted by “any Federal Reserve Bank” “for collection”; thus, recognizing HOWSE IBOE as debt instruments.

As per 353. PRECEDENT COURT CASE RULING THAT IBOE AND PN ARE CASH FUNDS (change2100.com) (“PRECEDENT”) in IBOE LAW, HOWSE IBOE are “to be treated as cash”; thus, transforming HOWSE IBOE from being characterized as debt instruments to being classified as “current funds in lawful money”; which, as per FED ACT 13 “may” be accepted by “any Federal Reserve Bank” on deposit.

As per 25. FORT HANCOCK WATER CONTROL AND IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (change2100.com) and 119. TEXAS LONG ARM STATUTE (change2100.com) in IBOE LAW, the term “may” in FED ACT 13 is to be interpreted as “shall”.

IBOE LAW does not address the value, or when, an institution should credit value of a HOWSE IBOE, or when a vendor should deliver products or services paid with a HOWSE IBOE, as such transactions are governed by contracts and market value.

But market value is determined by the value at which an entity other than the holder thereof is willing to provide in exchange for a HOWSE IBOE; and, FIDES GESTION FINANCIERA, S.A.P.I. DE C.V. (“FIDES”, a financial institution in Monterey N.L. Mexico) accepts HOWSE IBOE on deposit as UNITED STATES DOLLARS at full face value thereof.

Additionally, as per its accompanying CLEARING ADDENDUM, a HOWSE IBOE may be exchanged for equal value in any form of currency acceptable as per the laws of Texas USA.

 HISTORICAL DOCUMENTS AND OTHER DOCUMENTARY FUNDS

HISTORICAL DOCUMENTS and other DOCUMENTARY FUNDS, and/or rights thereto, may be exchanged for their reported or negotiated value, deposited in coordinates you designate by qualifying for a HOWSE IBOE for 150% of value and executing the CLEARING clause thereof.

 ACPN, PROMISORY NOTES ISSUED BY TEXAS HOLDINGS, INC.

Value of https://www.change2100.com/THIBMART/DIRECTORY-1/contents/en-us/d76_18.-ADVERTISING-CREDIT-PROMISSORY-NOTES.html (“ACPN”), or PROMISSORY NOTES ISSUED BY TEXAS HOLDINGS, INC., and/or rights thereto, may be exchanged for a deposit in coordinates you designate by qualifying for a HOWSE IBOE equal to 150% of their value and executing the CLEARING ADDENDUM associated therewith.

SPURT, ALPHA COIN, ZCASH, CHIPS

Each of the above, and/or rights thereto, may be exchanged at the rate of $20 UNITED STATES DOLLARS each, deposited in coordinates you designate by qualifying for equal value HOWSE IBOE and executing the CLEARING ADDENDUM thereof.

Any other virtual currency, convertible virtual currency, or crypto currency may be exchanged for 150% of the value at which it was accepted or for 150% of its current market value, whichever is greater, deposited in coordinates and in currency as they may designate, by qualifying for HOWSE IBOE and executing the CLEARING ADDENDUM thereof. 

 

VALUE HELD IN ANY COMMERCIAL OR FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING SYSTEM

Any such value, if accepted by HOWSE, may be exchanged for a HOWSE IBOE equal to 150% of its value and executing the CLEARING ADDENDUM thereof.

 

EXCHANGE PROPOSALS

Exchange proposals may be sent to exchange@change2100.com, and may be executed subject to approval by HOWSE.
