HOWSE SERVICES, INC (“HOWSE”) issues IBOE (change2100.com) (“HOWSE IBOE); which, as per IBOE LAW (change2100.com) (“IBOE LAW”), are required to be accepted and “treated as cash” by businesses and financial institutions alike!

FIDES GESTION FINANCIERA, S.A.P.I. DE C.V. (“FIDES”) issues FORMAT OF IBOE TO MAKE PAYMENT VERSION III.pdf (change2100.com) (“FIDES IBOE”); which, also as per IBOE LAW, are required to be accepted and “treated as cash” by businesses and financial institutions alike!

But, most businesses and most financial institutions, through years of being accustomed to using restrictive banking policies, may balk at accepting either!

CONSULTANTS that undertake to contract as per 131. HOWSE IBOE VALUE TRANSFER AGREEMENT (change2100.com) may remedy that by negotiating for institutions to accept transfers of value deposited with FIDES, through accounts and procedures stipulated by the U.S. FEDERAL COURT OFFICER (“ATTORNEY”) that signs HOWSE IBOE as WITNESS.

FIDES IBOE value may be immediately exchanged for a cash deposit in an account with FIDES; HOWSE IBOE value may be immediately exchanged for a cash deposit in an account with FIDES; and, deposits with FIDES may be exchanged for any other form of currency deposited in any institution through commerce, based on funds deposited in an IOLTA of the ATTORNEY in a major USA BANK, or based on funds available thereto.

Funds deposited with FIDES are recognized internationally, as shown in 498. FIDES HONDURAS VALIDATION LETTER (change2100.com); whereas, both Honduras and Mexico are Members of the UN UNCITRAL commission that governs International Trade Law.

However, because funds deposited with FIDES are based on either acceptance by FIDES of HOWSE IBOE or of PROMISSORY NOTES issued by HOWSE, each of which are collateralized by values described in DOCS (change2100.com), to “close the loop”, the CLEARING ADDENDUMS of HOWSE IBOE must at some time be executed and PROMISSORY NOTES issued by HOWSE must be paid, exchanging value for other currency.

The exchange of value for other currency would be through commerce, for example, as per 554. BUSINESS (change2100.com), or as may otherwise be negotiated to be executed through the IOLTA of the ATTORNEY.
